Neighborhoods in the West and South zones of São Paulo appear on the list of the most expensive for property sales among the main capitals in the country. This is revealed by exclusive data from QuintoAndar, the largest housing platform in Latin America.

To reach the top 10, nearly 400 neighborhoods from six capitals were taken into account: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Curitiba, and Porto Alegre. Four neighborhoods from the West Zone and three from the South Zone are highlighted in the ranking.
