In a new phase of the “Garantia à Prova” campaign, QuintoAndar brings local personalities to Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, and Porto Alegre to speak with real property owners, leveraging a hyper-regionalization strategy designed to build connection and brand preference.
The campaign highlights the real impact of guaranteeing late-free rental payments to landlords every month, unfolding a single concept from three distinct angles. To generate strong resonance where brand awareness is already high, the message is tailored to each market’s local reality, turning Guaranteed Payment into irrefutable social proof.
In the national campaign, the experiment took place in a studio, where TV host Ana Clara spoke with both owners who rent through QuintoAndar and those renting outside the platform. As questions were raised about payment-day anxiety and financial planning, the contrast between the two groups became stark. In the end, Ana Clara revealed rent payment delays from QuintoAndar tenants that the landlords were completely unaware of, as the company had covered the payments seamlessly.
In the regional phase, the experiment moves to the streets. Following the same core script but executed differently, these conversations are led by local personalities (an actress, an actor, and a journalist) who engage in open discussions with real landlords at iconic local landmarks.
The goal is to address each market’s specific pain points through genuine dialogue, demonstrating that Guaranteed Payment transforms landlords’ lives by ensuring prompt rent payments across all properties managed by QuintoAndar.
In Campinas, actress and model Andressa Bonatto — known for productions like “Jardim Tchekov”, “A estrela sobe”, and “Rashomon” — steps off the stage into the real world to listen to a local property owner.
In Rio, actor Dudu de Oliveira — featured in productions such as “3%” (Netflix), “Homens” (Amazon Prime Video), “Carcereiros” (TV Globo), and the recent telenovela “Três Graças” — interacts with a local owner.
In Porto Alegre, journalist Cris Silva — a communicator for Grupo RBS with background in major Globo affiliate news broadcasts and entertainment shows like “Posso Entrar” — leads the discussion.
According to Felipe Lessa, Head of Marketing at QuintoAndar, this initiative reflects the strategic importance of these regions for brand growth. “Campinas, Rio, and Porto Alegre are important markets for our business. To deepen trust with property owners in these cities, we decided to take our guarantee to the streets, engaging directly with their specific challenges and local characteristics,” he highlights.
Lessa adds that for over a decade, QuintoAndar has used cutting-edge technology to turn the property owner’s journey into a seamless experience. “Through Guaranteed Payment, we deliver what matters most to our customers: predictability and peace of mind,” he adds.
The campaign’s media strategy relies on a multi-platform ecosystem combining the broad reach of Broadcast TV, YouTube, and Meta with targeted channels like Connected TV, Uber, and Spotify. The media plan also includes radio and Out-Of-Home (OOH) ads, reinforced by presence on Pay TV and news portals. This approach aims to drive brand consideration through tailored messaging for each region across various user touchpoints.
