This is according to the QuintoAndar&#8217;s Sale and Purchase Report for the second quarter of 2025. The median price per square meter in the neighborhood reached R$ 8,986, surpassing neighborhoods like Lourdes (R$ 8,302\/m\u00b2) and Savassi (R$ 8,277\/m\u00b2), traditionally the most expensive in the Minas Gerais capital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rise of Luxemburgo to the top of the ranking reflects a trend of intense appreciation and demand for high-end properties in the area. <sup><\/sup>Known for its complete infrastructure, tranquility, and strategic location, the neighborhood has attracted new developments and a high-income public, driving up prices. <sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The appreciation of Luxemburgo is a phenomenon that has been observed for a few quarters now. The combination of modern and spacious apartments with the convenience of being close to shopping centers, parks, and the city&#8217;s main avenues has created very strong demand.
