Now, the company is taking another step forward with the launch of QuintoAndar for Business, an integrated ecosystem of solutions designed to help real estate agencies and independent brokers grow with greater reach, efficiency and security.<\/p>\n
The proposal is based on the vision that the market\u2019s next stage of development will not come from standalone tools, but from an ecosystem capable of connecting different stages of operations and expanding real estate agencies\u2019 access to the largest inventory of properties in Latin America.<\/p>\n
This scale is supported by a consolidated audience of 27 million monthly visits across Grupo QuintoAndar\u2019s platforms, equivalent to an average of 800,000 visits per day.<\/p>\n
As the main new offering in the launch, QuintoAndar is introducing Domi, its new artificial intelligence solution for real estate agencies. Integrated with WhatsApp, portals and CRM systems, the solution acts as a sales assistant, engaging with prospective customers, recommending properties, qualifying leads, scheduling visits and re-engaging cold contacts. <\/p>\n
In practice, it helps teams keep track of more opportunities while allowing brokers to dedicate more time to customer relationships and negotiations. By the end of the year, the product will also be able to identify whether a property listed by an agency has recently been sold, helping keep listings consistently up to date.<\/p>\n

QuintoAndar for Business brings together different solutions in a platform structured around three pillars: Growth, Efficiency and Trust.<\/p>\n
Growth: The ecosystem already serves as a visibility engine for over 10,000 real estate agencies partnering with QuintoAndar for Business, more than 500 of which are part of the company\u2019s Marketplace. This broad network, combined with Imovelweb and Wim\u00f3veis solutions, expands listing reach and accelerates the connection between supply and demand.<\/p>\n
Efficiency: Domi increases productivity and speeds up responses to leads through artificial intelligence, while Univen supports management and operational efficiency through a comprehensive and secure CRM.<\/p>\n
Security: Security layers protect leads, portfolios and private inventories, while real estate agencies retain control over their data. The platform also monitors inappropriate behavior and takes action against business diversion. In 2025, more than R$10 million in commissions were recovered, and more than 200 brokers were removed from the platform for inappropriate conduct.<\/p>\n
The development of the ecosystem alongside real estate agencies began well before its launch. The Decola Project brought together dozens of agencies over two years to develop the model that now powers QuintoAndar Marketplace, which has already helped partner agencies double their number of sales.<\/p>\n
