The x-ray of living in São Paulo — an exclusive survey conducted by QuintoAndar, the largest housing platform in the country — reveals which locations have the highest percentage of properties with certain amenities.
Some neighborhoods stand out, such as Vila Andrade, in the South Zone. In a list formed by 10 leisure items, the neighborhood appears in the top 3 in five of them.
“Living in São Paulo is a direct reflection of the city’s pace. People look to the condominium for the balance that their external routine does not always offer. The same reason made air conditioning almost a priority. The three neighborhoods with the highest percentage of properties with the appliance are:

2. Itaim Bibi
3. Vila Olímpia
More than half of the properties available in these locations have air conditioning. “Customer search behavior on the platform and recent research conducted by QuintoAndar show the importance of thermal comfort when acquiring a property. Security
An essential item for São Paulo residents, the 24h concierge, has its ranking dominated by neighborhoods in the central region. The three locations with the highest percentage of properties featuring this full-time access control are:

In these locations, more than 2/3 of the available apartments have a reception operating all day.
República and Centro also deserve a highlight regarding “elevators.” These neighborhoods make up the top 3 for the highest percentage of properties with this amenity, along with Vila Buarque.
