{"id":4374,"date":"2025-08-12T11:05:45","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T14:05:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quintoandar.com.br\/es\/?p=4374"},"modified":"2025-08-12T11:05:48","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T14:05:48","slug":"luxemburgo-se-convierte-en-el-barrio-mas-caro-para-la-compra-de-inmuebles-en-belo-horizonte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quintoandar.com.br\/newsroom\/es\/luxemburgo-se-convierte-en-el-barrio-mas-caro-para-la-compra-de-inmuebles-en-belo-horizonte\/","title":{"rendered":"Luxemburgo se convierte en el barrio m\u00e1s caro para la compra de inmuebles en Belo Horizonte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El barrio de Luxemburgo, en la regi\u00f3n Centro-Sur, se ha convertido en el m\u00e1s caro para quien desea comprar un inmueble en Belo Horizonte. <sup><\/sup>Es lo que apunta el Informe de Compra y Venta del Grupo QuintoAndar, referente al segundo trimestre de 2025. <sup><\/sup>El precio medio del metro cuadrado en el barrio alcanz\u00f3 los R$ 8.986, superando a barrios como Lourdes (R$ 8.302\/m\u00b2) y Savassi (R$ 8.277\/m\u00b2), tradicionalmente los m\u00e1s caros de la capital minera. <sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ascenso de Luxemburgo a la cima del ranking refleja un movimiento de intensa valorizaci\u00f3n y b\u00fasqueda de inmuebles de alto est\u00e1ndar en la regi\u00f3n. <sup><\/sup>El barrio, conocido por su infraestructura completa, tranquilidad y ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, ha atra\u00eddo nuevos emprendimientos y un p\u00fablico con alto poder adquisitivo, impulsando los precios. <sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa valorizaci\u00f3n de Luxemburgo es un fen\u00f3meno ya observado desde hace algunos trimestres. La combinaci\u00f3n de apartamentos modernos y espaciosos con la conveniencia de estar cerca de centros comerciales, parques y de las principales v\u00edas de la ciudad ha creado una demanda muy fuerte.
