The buy-and-sell index provides exclusive data on the Brazilian real estate market. Each quarter, it highlights average prices per square meter in major state capitals, along with other valuable information.
This allows for the identification of trends, provides an overview of the buy-and-sell market, enables comparisons with inflation over the period, and allows for the analysis of property value appreciation across neighborhoods in different cities.
